Thank you for choosing RidingMoto India Pvt Ltd (referred to as `"RidingMoto,`" `"we,`" `"us,`" or `"our`"). This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for paid subscriptions to our services.
1. Free Trial Period
1.1 RidingMoto offers a 14-day free trial period for new users without any cost. During this trial period, you can experience the full functionality of our services.
1.2 You are not required to provide payment information during the free trial period. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period, based on the billing period (monthly, half-yearly, or annually) you have chosen.
2. Payment and Billing
2.1 Upon the expiration of the free trial period, your selected payment method will be charged for the chosen billing period (monthly, half-yearly, or annually) unless you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.
2.2 The billing cycle will continue automatically until you cancel your subscription.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Refunds are only applicable for charges made in error or under exceptional circumstances, as determined by RidingMoto India Pvt Ltd in its sole discretion.
3.2 If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge being made.
4. No Refunds After Billing Period
4.1 Once your payment has been processed for the billing period you've chosen after the free trial period, refunds will not be provided.
5. Cancelation of Subscription
5.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on the RidingMoto app or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
5.2 Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, recurring billing will stop, and you will no longer be charged for future billing cycles.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Changes to Refund Policy
7.1 RidingMoto reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through our website or via email.
